When you are a geek like myself, online forums are no longer a mainstream version of an Irish bar. Thanks to the internet, people can be mean to each other’s moms without risking anything, not even their social integrity. Isn’t that a great thing? The beauty of the internet ladies and gentlemen. Behold the rise of the haters! However, the internet isn’t just good for trashing one another from a dark room to another. Believe it or not, people can be helpful on the internet. Musicians teach music, cooks teach cuisine and doctors…, well don’t go to medicine forums, no, don’t do that. However, the beauty of the internet doesn’t reside in these people; the beauty of the internet resides in its faculty to gather all the fucked-up curious minds of this planet to then answer all their fucked-up stories. And where do these people go?
